Terms

  1. Fifty percent (50%) of the total quoted price is required before production of work will be scheduled. The remaining balance will be due upon receipt on all orders, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  2. Quoted prices are good for 30 days from the date of the original quote.
  3. There is a $50.00 charge for a returned check. All future work will require payment in advance.
  4. All turn-key products produced by Norris’ Neon are warranted for a period of one year.
  5. Neon and Cold Cathode glass work sold as a system component is warranted for a period of one year, provided the:
    1. installer returns complete current and voltage load test results for each individual unit installed within 14 days following the completed installation
    2. installation complies with all required codes
    3. installation complies with industry standard practices

      4. Test results must be received within 14 days after installation or the warranty period will be reduced to 90 days.

  6. Production scheduling and delivery of completed goods will be driven by terms outlined in the accepted quote, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  7. Shipping & Handling – Norris’ Neon serves the local market of North Florida, and delivery to local customers is included in our pricing. We will not ship our product outside our local market, with the exception of a few limited products.
